We have hired Gilbertsen Enterprises in the past - for our casita room addition (and adjoining kitchen and bathroom remodel). Einar took care of everything from the demolition to the new wood framing, drywall hanging, wall texture, painting, wood flooring installation, door and window installation ... I had no idea so much work would be involved and I'm so glad I didn't have to try to co-ordinate and schedule it all! Now we have a guesthouse for my daughter and son in law while they finish school. We are all just pleased as punch and want to thank Einar and his team for their diligent efforts and outstanding results! Anyway, we recently had a fire at our office building which caused a breach in the building in addition to all of the fire damage. We needed to secure the structure immediately so we called Einar and he did an emergency board up and tarping service for us until we were ready to start the fire damage restoration the next week and we just wanted to say thanks. It wasn't a large job but we are always treated like valued clients and appreciate that very much.

We had extensive fire damage to our rental property in Tacoma. The residential contractors at Gilbertsen Enterprises did an excellent job making the end result look better than the original! They made sure that any areas that suffered flood damage (from putting out the fire) that could be a mold issue were replaced. The workmanship was excellent in terms of materials and installation. We hold Gilbertsen Enterprises in the highest regard. We first came across them online when we were looking for a residential home remodeler to undertake our kitchen remodeling project. We wanted a whole new kitchen with wood flooring installed, cabinets and trim carpentry work done as well as drywall repair, baseboard installation and interior painting. They did such an expert and professional job! It was only natural that we called them later, after one of our bathroom sinks overflowed and we needed emergency flood damage restoration. Gilbertsen's ended up doing our master bathroom remodel at the same time and the new tile installation looks like a showroom you see in a magazine! We just had a really big storm come through Port Orchard so we called Gilbertsen Enterprises for all of the wind and storm damage repairs on our roof. We are lucky the big tree in our backyard didn't fall on our roof or it could have been a lot worse. Anyway, Einar and his team came out and took care of all the roofing repairs that same day. We have used them previously for other home improvements and home repairs too. They are excellent painting contractors and do a great job with wall textures and dry wall hanging and repairs too. We called them when we needed a patio builder and again when we wanted new wood flooring in our living areas. They never disappoint.
